Trent Jackson

Owner

Trent started in the heating and air conditioning industry 20 years ago after being inspired by his grandfather. In 2001, he founded Palmetto Air Conditioning. He loves how the job allows him to meet with his customers and make new friends along the way. Trent resides in Lexington with his wife of nine years, Carla, and their children, Jack, Chloe, and Thomas along with their dog, Brinkley. In his free time, Trent loves to hop on a boat for some saltwater fishing.

Meet Jeremy. Jeremy is a 3 year team member at Palmetto Air, he has experience in service, maintenance and installation. Jeremy has completed his AC Tech certification and has really excelled in our industry. Some of his customer reviews mention having a great personality. Jeremy has a unique hobby of collecting sneakers.

Meet Donald, he’s a important member on our Installation Team. He’s got 6 years experience in installation of Hvac Equipment and uses the latest technology to insure his installation is done to the manufactures specifications. Donald’s hobbies are hunting and fishing.

Meet Ms Kim, she’s been our office team manager for 7 years. She also keeps our appliance repair division running smoothly. Ms Kim’s hobbies are Classic Car Shows and outbidding competitors at antique auctions.

Meet our team member Grant. He has 1 year in the Hvac field and currently is one of our maintenance technicians. Grant has his AC Technician Certification along with his Epa Certification. Customers talk about his attention to detail and about how polite he is. Grant’s hobbies are golfing and spending time with his new puppy Harlow.

Meet Jose. Most of our customers have met him by now because Jose has been a team member for a long time. Jose specializes in pretty much everything, (Hvac, Electrical, Appliances, Water Heaters and much much more. Jose’s hobbies are traveling and boating.

Meet Tammy, she is the Office Team Member for Palmetto Air Conditioning. Many of our Facebooks friends may have spoken to Tammy while scheduling a service call or HVAC maintenance tune-up. She has 5 years experience in HVAC customer service. Tammy's hobbies are boating on Lake Murray, camping and college football.

Meet Doc, he’s a great addition to the Palmetto Team. Doc worked with Cool Flow Hvac for 10 years until we acquired them. Doc has experience with Maintenance and Installation. Doc’s hobbies are sports and is most known for his laughter and sense of humor.
